* If You Need To Cancel/Change Your Appointment Please Do So At Least 48hours Before Your Appointment. This Allows Me To Try To Fill The Slot.

* Cancellations/Changes Within 48hours Of Your Appointment Will Result In Your Deposit Being Lost

* If You Are More Than 10minutes Late For Your Appointment This Will Result In Either A Change To The Service I Can Provide Or Possibly Complete Cancellaton Of Your Appointment. The Full Amount Of Your Booked Service Will Still Be Required

* When Booking Your Appointments Please Make Sure You Book Enough Time For Any Nail Art etc. Change Of Mind On The Day Of Your Appointment Will Still Require The Full Amount Of Your Initial Booking

*Please Book The Earliest Possible Time You Can Make For Your Appointment, Only Book Evening/Weekend Slots If Absolutely Necessary. This Allows Me To Accomodate Everyone

* Where Possible Please Pay By Cash Or Bank Transfer In Order For Me To Keep Card Processing Fees To A Minimum

*I Do Not Remove Any Other Salons Work, If You're A New Client You Must Come With Bare Nails

* I Dont Work On Anyone Under The Age Of 16

* The Salon Opperates On A Strict No Children Policy. This Is Due To Insurance Purposes
