In order to secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This will need to be transferred within 24 hours of you booking the appointment

For regular clients you can opt for a 'rolling deposit' which would mean paying the deposit fee upon booking your next appointment, paying the full balance at the appointment, so the deposit will then roll over to any future appointment.

Failure to pay deposit within 24 hours of booking will result in the appointment being cancelled 

 

48 hours notice is required for any cancellations, rescheduling or change of service type 

If any changes to your appointment takes place within the 48 hour time frame, the deposit you have paid will be lost and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. This is at our discretion

Card details are securely held by our booking system and are not viewable by staff

No shows will result in your card being charged to cover loss of earnings
